What are my shipping charges?

In India, prepaid orders are shipped free of cost to the customers and Rs.100 will be charged for all COD orders.

For international shipments, your shipping costs will reflect during checkout after you feed in your country and pin code.

How long will the order take to reach me?

In India, orders should reach the customer in approximately 5-7 business days depending on location, proximity, and other factors. At Zazu, we offer only standard delivery and do not offer express delivery to customers.

For international shipments, your product will reach you in 10-15 business days depending on location, proximity, and other factors. 

How do I track my order?

An Airway Bill number (AWB no) would be provided with every order along with the details of our logistic partner which could be used to track the order.

What happens if I have opted for COD, and I am not available to receive my order? (Only available in India)

If the customer is not available when the delivery attempt is made by our logistics partner, the product will be returned to us. If the customer is still interested in the product, the full amount for the product will have to be paid in advance.
