What are my shipping charges?

In India, Zazu orders are shipped free of cost to the customers.

For international shipments, your shipping costs will reflect during checkout after you feed in your country and pin code.

Zazu ties up with third party aggregators to deliver your product.

How long will the order take to reach me?

In India, orders should reach the customer in 5-10 business days depending on location, proximity, and other factors. Zazu offers only standard delivery and does not offer express delivery to its customers.

For international shipments, your product will reach you in 10-20 business days depending on location, proximity, and other factors. The customer will bear any and all customs and duties associated within your country.

How do I track my order?

An Airway Bill number (AWB no) would be provided with every order along with the details of our logistic partner which could be used to track the order anytime.

What happens if I have opted for COD, and I am not available to receive my order? (Only available in India)

If the customer is not available when the delivery attempt is made by our logistics partner, the product will be returned to us. If the customer is still interested in the product, the full amount for the product will have to be paid in advance.
