Refund Policy
All our products are on a made to order basis and go through strict quality checks before they are shipped out.
Products purchased at full price can qualify for a return and refund (in the form of store credit). Rupees 500 will be deducted from the store credit amount.
Your store credit will be added to your 'Zazu customer account' and a confirmation will be sent to your registered email id / phone number. This store credit is valid for 6 months.
Orders placed using store credit are final and will not qualify for store credit again. Only size exchanges are allowed.
Store credit is only processed after the returned product reaches the warehouse and it passes our quality check process. The entire process will take 10-14 working days.
For international shipments, unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products.
