Return Policy
At Zazu we strive to achieve customer satisfaction through great quality products. All our products are on a made to order basis and go through strict quality checks before they are shipped out.
However, if you're unhappy with your purchase, we can help with an exchange of sizes for all our garments. Products purchased at full price can qualify for a return and refund (in the form of store credit).
The shipping costs associated with the first exchange/return will be borne by us. Any further shipping costs beyond that will be borne by the customer.
For international returns, any and all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Exchanges and returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:
- The product is unworn, undamaged, unstained and in a condition suitable to be resold.
- The product has all labels and tags still attached.
- The product must be sent back in the same 'Zazu' shipping box in which you received it.
- The same needs to be informed to us within 7 days of receiving the order otherwise the request shall not be entertained.
- In case you wish to cancel the order, kindly inform us before the order is dispatched.
